There are different approaches to Reiki but they all stem from the same principle of healing and moving out stagnant energy that is keeping you vulnerable to negative forces, energies, wacks from other people just to name a few things people are experiencing. As a bonus adding crystals gives the energy sent a boost that can be felt in time-release sensations.

#1 - pick this if you regularly have energy clearing & protection done and/or you'd like to try a session with me before fully committing to deep healing work
#2 - pick this if you would like an Anandalite Chakra Grid added to the session, a standard length reiki session of 60 min, and a few next steps for your path
3 - pick this if you have had unbearable ongoing troubles/issues/stress/worry. Begin to release such issues with the Anandalite Chakra & Energy Grid Combo, a longer Reiki session of 90 minutes and very detailed next steps for your path
